Our Eco-Folien reels elevate your products’ shelf appeal with functional properties that add significant value to your packaging. Featuring excellent gloss and high clarity, they offer optimal processability, high impact strength, and resistance to punctures and abrasions. The reels are designed to meet customer needs with improved heat resistance and options for permanent easy-peel and re-closable seals. They also provide extended shelf-life solutions through a barrier option (EVOH) that protects against oxygen and water. Special additives deliver extra Antiblock, Antifog, and UV protection features, while bicolor structures and layers enhance product visibility and appeal. Made from biopolymer PLA derived from renewable natural resources, these reels are perfect for packaging fresh produce, salads, bakery and dairy products. Additionally, they are formulated for Controlled/Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP/CAP) and vacuum packaging.

This product revolutionizes sustainability by incorporating a variable percentage of decontaminated food contact R-PET flakes sourced from industrial post-consumer bottles in the central layer (B), offering adaptability to diverse requirements. The integrity and uniformity of the product are maintained by the external layers (A) composed of pure virgin material, ensuring stability and consistency. Available primarily in natural light blue, with options for customization in various colors.
Introducing our 100% R-PET extruded reel, meticulously crafted for food contact applications.
Employing cutting-edge in-house decontamination technology, the external layer (A) is composed of food-grade R-PET flakes, while the central layer (B) features R-PET flakes sourced from industrial post-consumer bottles. The inherent variability in finish and quality, characteristic of recycled materials, adds a unique touch to this product. Primarily available in natural light blue, with an array of colors to choose from.
